300 HOUR ‘essence of lila’ yoga teacher training
This training is not just for those who seek to become yoga teachers.
It is designed for anyone looking for the ‘something else’, the deeper understanding, a bigger sense of meaning.
For anyone who has found a sense of deep curiosity or soul fulfilment on their yoga mat and is ready to direct their prana and their passion to helping the world wake up and heal.
Rooted in Vinyāsa and Hatha traditions, this 300 hour training will integrate yoga history and philosophy, biomechanics and anatomy, somatic and energetic awareness, and nervous system intelligence. This training takes the form of extended structured study, encompassing ancient and modern texts, guided practice, reflection, and ongoing mentorship to take us beyond the theory. The depth and continuity of care offered in this course ensures the experience as yoga students (and—if we wish, yoga teachers) becomes embodied and lived.
This training is for you if:
You deeply resonate with your yoga practice, and you’re ready and eager to learn more of the ‘why’ that exists beyond the mat
The snippets of yoga philosophy you hear in class or online spark something in you, and your curiosity is growing
You love the physicality of yoga—the postures, the sequences, the creativity of a good flow—and would love to learn to teach it yourself
You know your practice has changed your life, and can see yourself sharing that light with others
You’re craving coherence between philosophy and practice, between science and sacredness, between the physical, mental and spiritual parts of YOU.
You literally don’t know what to do with your life, and making people do chair pose feels like a satisfying outlet for your inner goblin.
