A three part series exploring the sweet + electric medicine of spring through the living wisom and practices of the Andean tradiion.
Spring is a time of awakening and unfolding, a season of renewed vitality and possibility. It invites us to open, to cultivate our aliveness, and to attune to the bold and effervescent energy of emergence.
In this three-part series, Skye (@sowelusoulmedicine) weaves teachings and practices from the Andean medicine tradition through embodied energetics, guided liminal journeys, sound and storytelling. Together, we explore the layers of our inner landscape and deepen our relationship with our own inner medicine, reconnecting with something already held within us - a wisdom that we carry in our bodies and the deeper places of our being.
Each session supports us to deepen our relationship with the forces of nature that live within and around us, remembering ourselves not as separate from the natural world, but held within a living web of kinship and sacred reciprocity with all living beings.
Each gathering can be experienced on its own, or as part of the full three-part journey, allowing the practices to deepen and build from one month to the next.

$65 for a single session, $160 for all three. Attending all three sessions is recommended for maximum wonder.
