VINYASA
Vinyasa classes are characterised by a flow of postures linked together with the breath. A co-ordination of body, breath and awareness providing a moving meditation that will never be repeated in the exact same way. Vinyasa helps build mobility, strength, balance and stamina,classes can be dynamic, with teachers giving alternate postures depending on the experience of those in the room. Suitable for all levels but especially those who love to move and to be challenged in a fun, safe and supportive way.
SLOW FLOW
Slow Flow is a Hatha yoga class slowed down to allow more space for working on technique, execution of postures and stillness within a physical practice. Perfect for those wanting to dig a little deeper into their alignment and technique within a class.
YIN
Yin Yoga consists of a series of seated and supine poses held for several minutes at a time. Yin Poses are designed to stimulate the meridians of the body to release physical and energetic blockages. Yin postures promote increased flexibility and enhanced circulation alongside stillness of mind, mental resilience and growth. Yin is the perfect way to unwind and soften in at the close of your day. Not ‘easy’ but less physically warming as most shapes are close to the floor. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
MOVE BREATHE ROLL
This beginner friendly class invites curiosity, mindfulness, grace and ease, inviting self-inquiry to create a holistic and sustainable practice. Traditional asana (postures) infused with insights, tips and tweaks drawing from broad range of evidence-based methods including myofascial release and alexander technique to add to your toolbox of movement exploration. Perfect for yogis who want to deeply connect with their bodies and explore beautiful, functional movement in a safe and supportive space.

50% Pilates, 40% Barre, 10% Rest. Imagine our signature feel-good core work, with the burn expanding out to include the rest of your wonderful body. A combination of what we love about Pilates, plus some exciting Barre goodness to keep you on your toes (literally). All the effort you love, with a finale of rest and digest to leave you feeling soft and restored.
RADIANT CORE PILATES
Our signature feel-good Pilates class.
A head-to-toe workout with a sweet but strong emphasis on our ‘powerhouse’, the complex and multidimensional core that was the basis of all Joseph Pilates’s original movements.
All levels welcome, prepare to feel the burn.
CLASSICAL PILATES
These classical Pilates sessions will explore the original Joseph Pilates repertoire, working to break down and play with a peak move individually, or boogying through all 1-37 original exercises with sweat & laughter. Each class will emphasis the breath & body connection and the wonder of our ‘powerhouse’.
BARRE BALANCE
This traditional Barre offering uses small, isometric movements to nourish and fatigue your muscles (and yes, make them burn!). The pace is set to invite strength and control, with the space to learn each movement and feel confident in the alignment of your body and all it is capable of.

Our teachers have extensive experience in yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation techniques and can craft a sequence that’s tailored to your individual needs. Our teachers come from a diverse range of backgrounds including mental health, allied health, physical therapy and other movement modalities so we can pair you with the perfect instructor.
Sessions can also be purchased for friends or family as a very special gift.
