Come learn about the practice of being mindful, a toolkit for handling all of life’s ups, downs, and in-betweens. Four Monday evenings through May, 6.45pm to 7.45pm.
This will be an introduction to mindfulness (or a refresher for some!) as a way of being. Mindfulness has been proven by extensive research to increase the neuroplasticity (brain’s ability to positively reorganise and strengthen) of our brain and improve our wellbeing. The sessions will include talks on foundational aspects of mindfulness, meditations and time for discussion.
**this is a siding scale offering, $5-50 for all four sessions. Mindfulness Project is taken as a block of learning rather than drop-in style.
