Join us for a special morning of movement and connection as The Yoga Loft partners with Junction Arts Festival to present Resonance Rising.

Held within the beautiful new St Luke's building on Cimitiere Street, this unique community yoga experience invites you to pause, breathe and move together in an inspiring new space.
Suitable for all levels, this gentle morning practice offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and with those around you,
celebrating wellbeing, community and the simple joy of sharing yoga together.

Bring your own mat if you have one, or you’re welcome to use one of the mats available on the day.
