ELEMENTS OF YIN: 50 HOUR YIN YOGA TRAINING

Held over 5 whole days, this immersive training is a deep dive into the healing practice of Yin Yoga and the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Exploring both the subtle anatomy, and the energetic alchemy of this practice — you will leave this training with an embodied understanding of the deep medicine of Yin Yoga & The 5 Elements of TCM.

The blueprint of this immersion is designed to educate you into the empowerment of your own self-healing, and will offer you everything you need to teach intelligent, safe and heart-led Yin Yoga classes.

Through the lens of the Yin practice & The 5 Element Theory, we dive deep into the functioning of both our physical and subtle body and understanding the cycles of nature, so that we may harness our practice into being something that has an incredible capacity to heal us home into a state of wholeness.

This training will give you the knowledge and confidence to get started on your Yin teaching journey, or to simply deepen into your own practice with an immersive, healing and educational experience!

Jac is a yoga & movement teacher, teacher trainer, retreat facilitator and body-worker, born and raised in Lutruwita/Tasmania.

Jac's teaching is ever-inspired by the vastness and wonder of what it is to be alive, and the interconnected relationship between our human bodies and the natural world. With a background steeped in traditional Tantric philosophy and the ancient wisdom of Taoism and 5 Element Theory (TCM), she teaches with a deep understanding of energetics and embodiment — incorporating story-telling and philosophy to awaken a remembrance, and bring you home — to what’s already yours.
