Soul Embodiment: The Awakened Heart

This *special* and final Soul Embodiment session for 2025 is an invitation to experience and embody the energy of the awakened heart - the sacred space within us that houses our greatest human capacities of unconditional love, compassion, joy, forgiveness, gratitude…

Skye will guide us on a journey to connect and work with our most powerful inner medicine - as we reflect on and integrate the lessons and experiences of this cycle, release and transform the past, and tune into the energy of new beginnings.

Part ceremony, part circle, part practice…this is an offering to pause and come together, to honour and give thanks to Pachamama - our Mother Earth, and for the gift of this life.

We will close the session with tea and community connection time.

Bring:

- Journal and pen

- A flower, feather, shell or leaf for the centre offering
